Returns & Refunds:

All sales are final. Because Óleo Melena™ is a personal care product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been opened or used.

Damaged or defective items:

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@copperhousebeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with:

•Your order number

•A photo of the damaged item and packaging.

Claims submitted without photo documentation cannot be processed. We review each case individually and will respond within 2–3 business days.

Not sure if it's right for you?The 5mL ($16) is designed as a low-risk way to try the formula before committing to the 15mL. We recommend starting there.
